More than a job: a mission

We’re looking for a Project Planning Manager - AlUla who will drive excellence in planning, process optimization, and cross-regional coordination. You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication.

Your role, your impact

- Lead the deployment of planning processes, tools, and standards across regions and product lines.

- Monitor and enhance planning performance through audits, KPIs, and continuous improvement.

- Animate and develop the planning community through regular communication, training, and development sessions.

- Ensure change management, training, and adoption of innovative planning technologies such as AI.

- Promote and sustain a strong planning culture focused on accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility. As a Project Planning Manager - AlUla, you’ll help set the standards that keep major infrastructure projects on track and connected.

What you bring

- Engineering or business degree with strong knowledge in industrial or infrastructure planning.

- At least 7 years of relevant planning experience, including familiarity with scheduling tools and techniques.

- Ability to lead, coach, and mentor multidisciplinary teams within a matrix organization.

- Fluency in English with excellent communication and facilitation skills in multicultural environments.

- Demonstrated capacity to drive change, improve processes, and contribute to competence development.

How success is measured

- Improvement in planning process quality and compliance across regional teams.

- Effective facilitation of collaboration and engagement within the planning community.

- Achievement of performance KPIs related to planning accuracy, schedule adherence, and team development.

Alstom, a great place to grow

- Contribute directly to Alstom’s mission of building efficient, sustainable mobility systems.

- Develop global planning expertise in a strategic rail region like AlUla.

- Engage in continuous growth within a world-class organization committed to innovation and sustainability.

Here, progress isn't always easy — the scale is massive, the tasks are complex — but the impact is real. Because when the system runs, the train moves, and the city connects — that feeling stays with you. And the legacy lasts.

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
