More than a job: a mission
We're looking for a Senior Finance Project Manager to lead the financial performance of the AlUla Tramway Project. You'll partner closely with project leaders to ensure that financial strategies and decisions support Alstom's commitment to delivering sustainable, world-class mobility solutions. You'll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication.
Your role, your impact
- Drive the financial strategy and performance of the AlUla Tramway Project from bid through execution.
- Provide expert financial insight to guide decision-making and optimize contract margins and cash flow.
- Participate in project management processes, partnering with Project Managers on cost control and risk assessment.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal and external finance stakeholders to secure successful project delivery.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility. As Senior Finance Project Manager, your financial leadership will ensure Alstom’s success in one of Saudi Arabia’s most iconic rail projects.
What you bring
- A master’s degree in finance, business administration, or an equivalent qualification.
- 5–10 years of experience in project or finance management, ideally in infrastructure or rail industries.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and SAP systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in English and a proactive, team-oriented approach to achieving financial excellence.
How success is measured
- Achievement of project financial targets including profitability and cash flow objectives.
- Timely and accurate financial reporting and project review compliance with Alstom standards.
- Strong collaboration with operational and functional teams to mitigate financial risks and seize opportunities.
Alstom, a great place to grow
- Join a company committed to sustainable mobility and delivering safe, efficient transport solutions globally.
- Contribute to the growth of Alstom’s presence in AlUla, driving development and financial excellence in a landmark project.
- Build a career supported by continuous learning, diversity, and inclusive teamwork.
Here, progress isn't always easy — the scale is massive, the tasks are complex — but the impact is real. Because when the system runs, the train moves, and the city connects — that feeling stays with you. And the legacy lasts.
You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
