- Lead strategic workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development, building strong and diverse pipelines for critical roles and future capabilities.
- Drive organizational design and change management, advising leaders through organizational transformations, restructuring, workforce buildouts, and evolving business needs.
- Partner with Centers of Excellence and fellow PBPs to develop and implement integrated solutions across compensation, retention, mobility, talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee relations.
- Leverage workforce analytics and organizational insights, including attrition, engagement, and talent pipeline data, to identify trends, inform decisions, and assess the effectiveness of people strategies and programs.
- Coach senior leaders and managers on performance management, leadership effectiveness, team development, and employee experience, reinforcing a culture of accountability and continuous development.
- Champion inclusion and diversity, embedding equitable and inclusive practices into talent decisions, organizational design, succession, and leadership development.
- Advance Visa’s Employer of Choice strategy within the technology talent market, strengthening the organization’s ability to attract, develop, engage, and retain critical capabilities.
- Ensure effective management of applicable HR regulatory and legislative reporting requirements, while mentoring PBP colleagues and contributing to broader People team capability and best-practice sharing.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
