Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Concrete Finishers for projects located in or around Novato, CA . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $40–$50/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Assist with directing and coordinating concrete pours for a retaining wall and long driveway
- Monitor concrete placement to ensure proper distribution, grading, and elevation
- Perform screeding, floating, finishing, and surface preparation
- Ensure concrete surfaces are smooth, level, and finished to specifications
- Coordinate with crew members to maintain quality workmanship and proper drainage
- Assist with layout, formwork verification, and finishing operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite throughout all phases of the project
Requirements:
- Journeyman-level concrete finishing experience
- Strong skills in screeding, floating, leveling, and finishing concrete
- Experience working on retaining walls, driveways, and similar concrete projects
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a crew
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
