Job Description

The Store Manager is responsible for leading the overall performance of Vuori's Hong Kong store, delivering strong commercial results, exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and a high-performing team culture.

We are seeking a strong retail leader with the potential to progress quickly into multi-store or Area Manager responsibilities as Vuori expands across Greater China.

What you'll get to do:

- Own store sales, profitability, productivity, and key performance indicators, using business insights to drive continuous improvement. 
- Lead from the sales floor and ensure the team consistently delivers Vuori's premium, personalized guest experience. 
- Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing store team, while building a strong pipeline of future leaders. 
- Set clear expectations and create a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and ownership. 
- Oversee daily store operations, including workforce planning, inventory, cash controls, loss prevention, visual standards, and store presentation. 
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, safety requirements, and applicable Hong Kong employment requirements. 
- Build strong relationships with local customers, mall partners, and community stakeholders to support brand awareness and store growth. 
- Partner with the Area Manager and cross-functional teams on new store openings, retail initiatives, and broader Greater China priorities.

Qualifications

Who you are:

- 8+ years of retail management experience, including leadership of a sizeable store team in a premium, lifestyle, athletic, fashion, or luxury retail environment. 
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth, operational excellence, strong guest experience, and effective people development. 
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate retail data into clear priorities and actions. 
- Deep knowledge of the Hong Kong retail environment, consumer behaviors, shopping mall ecosystem, and local employment practices. 
- Working knowledge of Hong Kong employment legislation and retail workforce requirements. 
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 
- Fluent Cantonese and English; Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred. 
- Legally authorized to work in Hong Kong. 
- Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. 
- Demonstrated potential to progress into multi-store or Area Manager leadership within a rapidly growing retail organization.
