What you’ll be doing:

- Source vehicles from auctions ( Eblock, Openlane )
- Identify and research vehicles that may be suitable for dealership inventory
- Research auction run-lists in advance of auction dates
- Navigate auction purchase process, including arranging transportation and managing arbitration requests
- Maintain knowledge of vehicle makes, models, pricing, and market conditions
- Work closely with management throughout the acquisition process
- Manage the reconditioning and merchandising process

What we need from you:

- Previous auction experience
- Valid Auction Access ID
- V-Auto experience is an asset, but not required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable creating your own opportunities
- Persistent, organized, and results-oriented
- Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive experience is preferred but not required
- Sales, retail, hospitality, telephone sales, or customer-service experience is an asset
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving abstract
- Ability to qualify for a VSA licence or already hold one
