Journeyman Body Shop Technician - Destination Toyota Burnaby

What you'll be doing:

- Repairing collision damaged vehicles in accordance with company standards and quality expectations
- Performing body, frame, structural, and mechanical repairs following manufacturer and industry-approved procedures to ensure safety, structural integrity, and longevity of repairs.
- Identifying, documenting, and reporting hidden, unrelated, and otherwise undocumented damage accurately and thoroughly
- Documenting all work performed and recommended repairs on repair orders and estimate documentation
- Delivering consistently high-quality workmanship to support customer satisfaction and uphold vehicle safety standards

What we need from you:

- Have 5+ years of experience as a Red Seal Journeyman Bodyshop Technician
- Have a valid British Columbia driver’s license
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to thrive in a high-production environment
- A strong commitment to following company policies, procedures, and operational processes
- Strict adherence to repair procedures in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications
- Must follow repair processes in accordance with company and manufacturers specifications
- Familiarity with industry standard equipment (Wedge Clamp, Car-O-Liner, ProSpot, etc.) considered an asset
- Knowledge of Honda, Toyota, Mazda vehicle platforms considered an asset
