Basic Qualifications
- High School or GED equivalent
- 2+ years of experience working within a manufacturing environment. (Aerospace preferred)
- Proficiency in using spray painting equipment and sandblasting tools.
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect surface imperfections.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to handling coatings, chemicals, and protective equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in L&D in a manufacturing setting.
- Previous experience in aerospace finishing, painting, or processing.
Physical Requirements:
' Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs., and perform repetitive motions.
Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
- Eligibility for annual Bonus
- If applicable, additional shift differential.
