About this role
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 5-year related experience in purchasing, logistics and customer service.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Additional Requirements:
Must be able to work on site in California at a Howmet Fastener facility in either Torrance, Carson, Fullerton, or City of Industry
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with fastener industry part numbers and general manufacturing terminology.
- Requires excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of Oracle Applications, Word, Intermediate Excel, COP/ QAD, Oracle, GCS, Workbench, web- based applications experience.
