Opportunity Assessment

- Use spend, supplier, category and contract data to present a clear current-state view and engage stakeholders.
- Identify and size savings, consolidation and demand-optimization opportunities, such as overlapping SaaS tools and redundant subscriptions.
- Recommend initiatives to Strategic Sourcing leadership and secure senior sponsorship.
- Perform analysis independently or with Analyst support.

Sourcing Execution and Project Management

- Apply category expertise to identify suppliers, evaluate capabilities and map offerings to stakeholder needs.
- Select the right sourcing approach (RFI/RFQ/RFP, formal or informal negotiation) and manage it through scorecard-based evaluation and selection.
- Lead pricing and commercial negotiation of supplier agreements.
- Assess risks in AI and technology purchases (data privacy, IP, pricing models) with Legal, Security and Compliance.
- Drive projects by setting expectations, tracking decisions and deadlines, and managing issues and risks.
- Gather and document requirements through interviews, workshops and process analysis.
- Prepare documentation and business cases that quantify value for executive presentations.
- Lead projects that reduce price, optimize demand, consolidate vendors and improve process.

Continuous Improvement and Supplier Management

- Partner with stakeholders on vendor performance management and supplier reviews.
- Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement team on cross-functional efforts.
- Optimize sourcing processes and enable better business decisions.

Qualifications
