About this role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to support the end-to-end coordination of engineering sample supply chains for microcontroller development projects. In this role, you will work closely with R&D, Front-End (FE), and Back-End (BE) manufacturing teams to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones, seamless logistics coordination, and efficient supply chain operations. The position plays a critical role in supporting both new product development activities and the maintenance of existing product portfolios, contributing to the successful execution of Infineon's innovation and production strategies.
Your role Key responsibilities in your new role
- Coordination of the full Supply chain of the microcontroller engineering samples
- Independent delivery of project milestones in the respective R&D group/ team within a defined framework
- Logistics for R&D projects in synchronization with R&D teams
- Supply chain management for activities of maintaining existing product portfolio (support for production management) in FE and BE
- Creating, maintaining and updating the structures of the products depending on different design steps/versions/requests
- Collecting the capacity forecast from different PRS, perform plausibility checks and providing them to Engineering Sample Service
- Highlight of any potential issue and delays in area of responsibility to assigned project team
- Contribute to PRS skill methodology development, identify gaps/improvements in flows/processes/methodologies, propose solutions
Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar field of studies
- Experience in handling engineering samples is of advantage
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn new things
- Excellent team player with "can-do" attitude
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- AI literacy and experience using AI tools to improve productivity, data analysis, reporting, or process efficiency are an advantage
