A well-established OB/GYN private practice that has served its community for more than 30 years is seeking three board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physicians to join its team of seven physicians and two Womens Health Nurse Practitioners in a family-friendly San Diego suburb. Physicians will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care from a brand new, state-of-the-art office, with privileges at two hospitals of more than 300 beds each, both with Level III NICUs and da Vinci robotic surgery. Three OB hospitalists provide 24/7 in-house coverage, which keeps the call schedule at a manageable 1 in 6. The position offers a negotiable base salary, a signing bonus, a production bonus, a full benefits package, relocation assistance, a partnership track, and eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency
- Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active California medical license or the ability to obtain one
- Robotic surgery experience is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
