Internal Medicine Physician (Outpatient, 4-Day Week) – Denver Area, Colorado Job#16871717
A university community just outside of Denver offers an outpatient internal medicine position. The physician will join a respected primary care group, working closely with internal medicine colleagues and an advanced practice provider. Care will focus on adult medicine: annual exams, preventive screenings, management of conditions such as diabetes, hypertension and heart disease, and same-day visits for acute concerns. The schedule is four days a week with no inpatient responsibilities. Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Internal Medicine residency completed at an accredited program
- Board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine
- Colorado medical license, or eligibility to obtain one before starting
- Must be able to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care
