KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in coordinating and organizing internal and external training programmes, including scheduling, participant confirmations and logistical arrangements.
- Maintain training records, attendance sheets, evaluation forms and other relevant L&D documentation.
- Support the planning and execution of employee induction programmes, ensuring new joiners receive the required information and training.
- Assist in collecting training needs from departments and updating the Skill Matrix and annual training plans.
- Prepare periodic training reports, analyze training completion data and support the monitoring of planned versus actual training execution.
- Support Kaizen initiatives and process improvements within the Learning & Development function.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Following or completed a degree or a professional qualification in Human Resource Management or Business Management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office applications.
