- Undertake non-licensed trade maintenance works in accordance with Job Order instructions, including carpentry, patching, painting and minor repairs, to achieve the intent of each Job Order.
- Work collaboratively within the LMRC to complete bundled Job Orders at designated locations, supporting efficient delivery and minimising repeat visits.
- Engage respectfully with renters while on site, explaining works where required and maintaining professional conduct at all times.
- Complete works to an acceptable standard, maintain clean and safe work areas and promptly address any identified defects or rework.
- Accurately record job completion details, photos and relevant information in the Works Management System in line with requirements.
What You’ll Bring
- Background or experience in building maintenance, handyperson services, facilities or a related field. Current driver’s licence (mandatory).
- Experience performing non-licensed trade maintenance or general repairs in residential or similar environments.
- Experience working in occupied properties with direct interaction with renters or customers.
- Practical skills in non-licensed maintenance activities, such as minor carpentry, painting, patching and adjustments.
- Basic digital literacy to use Works Management Systems and mobile technology.
More than anything, you will bring practical judgement, a collaborative approach and a commitment to delivering safe, reliable and high-quality outcomes for our customer and the communities we serve.
