Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) Consultant/Developer to support large-scale nonprofit digital transformation initiatives, including migrations from NPSP (Nonprofit Success Pack) to Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC). The ideal candidate will possess strong Salesforce development expertise, a solid understanding of nonprofit business processes, and experience working with complex integrations and data migration initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, data teams, and external vendors to design, develop, and implement scalable nonprofit solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the assessment, design, and implementation of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) solutions.
- Support NPSP-to-NPC migration and transformation initiatives, including data mapping and data model redesign.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration.
- Configure NPC objects, fundraising data models, donor management, household management, program management, and constituent engagement processes.
- Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and ETL tools.
- Collaborate with architects and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Support data migration, cleansing, deduplication, and data governance initiatives.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Create technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and configuration experience.

- Experience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling and governance best practices.
- Experience with large-volume data migration projects.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) and Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP).
- Understanding of fundraising, donor management, grants management, and nonprofit operations.
- Experience with MDM, data governance, and enterprise data management initiatives.
- Exposure to Informatica, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar middleware platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, AutoRabit, or Azure DevOps.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.
- Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Consultant Certification (preferred).
- Salesforce Application Architect certification is a plus.
