Job Summary
- Operate the maintenance of a company's HR systems. They are charged with processing employee data, generating HR-related reports, managing system upgrades, and maintaining data integrity.

Operate the day-to-day activities of our HR information systems.
Day-to-day activities of HRIS are well-monitored.
Supporting management on structural policy matters related to the HRIS.

Working alongside the IT department to perform regular assessments and improvements to the HRIS.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome

Education
Bachelor's Degree of Any major
## Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in information systems and/or Human Resources management.
- Knowledge of programming languages, preferably Go (Golang) .
- Experience working with databases is preferred.
- Experience with APIs and system integration is preferred.
- Experience with HCIS, HRIS, HCM tools, or similar enterprise systems is preferred.
- Good understanding of HR functional processes and information systems.
- Good knowledge of technology hardware and software.
- Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Familiarity with project management applications.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex issues effectively.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is an advantage.
