About this role

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Fulfilled by Nike (FxN) team is part of Nike Digital Commerce and the wider Nike Direct Digital cross-functional organization. FxN is Fulfilled by Nike, our third-party marketplace and drop-ship model. You will report to the FxN Senior Manager, who sets the EMEA FxN strategy, owns the regional P&L, leads senior relationships across the full partner portfolio, and develops the team.

You will be the accountable commercial lead for multiple assigned FxN partners. You will work closely with Digital Operations, Digital Supply Chain, Merchandising, Planning, Sales, Finance, Analytics, Legal, Technology, Global Digital teams and strategic external marketplace partners. Your stakeholders will be spanned across multiple timezones. This is an individual-contributor leadership role with no direct reports. Success depends on your ability to influence and mobilize cross-functional teams that do not report to you.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially minded digital commerce leader who can set direction, mobilize cross-functional teams, and turn partner, consumer and performance insights into measurable growth. You are equally comfortable defining partner strategy, making in-season trade decisions and working through complex commercial and operational dependencies.

- 8+ years of relevant experience in digital commerce, marketplace management, partner development, sales, strategy or a related field.
- Demonstrated success directly owning commercial performance, account-level P&L outcomes and growth plans for multiple named, strategically important accounts.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen across revenue, profitability, forecasting, investment, market share and performance management, including the ability to identify risks and opportunities and recommend decisive action.
- Proven experience managing and growing strategic external partnerships through joint business planning, trading rhythms and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation without relying on direct authority.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate consumer, partner, competitive and performance insights into clear choices, trade-offs and actions.
- Executive-level communication, storytelling and influencing skills, with credibility across internal leadership and senior partner stakeholders.
- A consumer-first, growth mindset and a strong interest in marketplace innovation, scalable operating models and differentiated digital experiences.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

FxN is a key growth model within Nike Digital Direct Commerce. You will own the trade, partnership and growth of multiple assigned FxN partners, helping Nike and its partners serve consumers across the marketplace ecosystem. Within the regional FxN P&L owned by the Senior Manager, you will be accountable for the commercial and financial performance of your partner portfolio, translating EMEA strategy into partner-specific plans and measurable outcomes.

Partner Trade, Growth & Commercial Ownership

- Own and execute the commercial strategy for multiple assigned FxN accounts, serving as the accountable commercial lead for each partner relationship.
- Own the end-to-end performance and account-level P&L outcomes of assigned partners, including revenue, profitability, market share, consumer outcomes, service health, investment performance and delivery against agreed KPIs.
- Build annual and multi-year partner growth plans aligned to Nike Enterprise, Marketplace, Digital and EMEA FxN priorities.
- Lead account performance reviews, financial forecasting inputs and in-season trade decisions, identifying risks and opportunities early and converting insights into actions and trade-offs.
- Balance near-term trading performance with long-term partner growth, brand elevation and consumer experience.

Partner Leadership & Joint Business Planning

- Own Nike’s day-to-day senior commercial relationships with assigned FxN marketplace partners, escalating to executive stakeholders when required.
- Lead joint business planning and partner trading rhythms, aligning Nike and partner teams behind shared priorities, assortment and activation plans, performance expectations and long-term growth ambitions.
- Drive commercial discussions for new and existing partner opportunities in close collaboration with Sales, Finance and Legal.
- Bring the partner and consumer perspective into Nike decision-making and influence the longer-term integrated marketplace strategy.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution

- Lead cross-functional initiatives for assigned accounts across Digital Commerce, Operations, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Planning, Sales, Finance, Analytics, Legal and Technology, while functional teams retain accountability for delivery in their areas.
- Translate partner priorities into clear workstreams, accountabilities, milestones, decision points, KPIs and escalation paths.
- Create clarity across interdependencies, surface risks, remove barriers and accelerate decisions while maintaining focus on the highest-value opportunities.
- Hold the end-to-end commercial outcome for assigned partners and create commitment across teams without direct reporting lines.

Innovation, Scale & Ways of Working

- Shape improvements to the FxN commercial, service and operating models so that successful solutions can scale across partners and markets.
- Explore new marketplace capabilities, partnership structures and digital service opportunities that improve consumer value and commercial performance.
- Build strategic business cases and investment recommendations for partner growth and future expansion.
- Establish effective operating rhythms and governance that keep multiple partner workstreams aligned and moving at pace.
- Contribute to a people-first, high-performing FxN culture through coaching, knowledge sharing, accountability, continuous improvement and leadership by example.

This job posting is open until November 12th. No relocation support is offered for this role.
