Role Summary: Design and build agentic AI platforms and orchestration systems, hands-on. Own the architecture for multi-agent solutions spanning workflow integration and AI-led SDLC, prove out designs in code, and work directly with customers to take solutions from concept to delivery. Lead teams while staying technically in the work. Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build multi-agent platforms, staying hands-on through prototyping, proofs of concept, and reference implementations
- Design agent orchestration across complex workflows, including AI-led SDLC orchestration such as code analysis, review, test generation, and documentation
- Define agent patterns, tool invocation models, memory architectures, and coordination strategies, and validate them in working code
- Integrate agentic workflows into existing enterprise systems and developer toolchains
- Evaluate agent frameworks and orchestration tooling, and make grounded build-versus-adopt calls
- Engage directly with customers as the technical lead through solutioning, design, and delivery
- Lead engineering teams, setting direction while remaining hands-on in the codebase
- Set the technical bar through code reviews, design reviews, and mentoring
- Embed governance, security, and compliance into agentic system design
Key Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience architecting and building agentic AI platforms and multi-agent systems
- Deep experience with agent orchestration, including workflow integration and AI-led SDLC orchestration
- Working knowledge of agent frameworks, tool calling, agent memory, and coordination patterns
- Strong coding ability and the willingness to stay in the codebase, not just review designs
- Experience leading teams while remaining technically hands-on
- Customer-facing experience across solutioning and technical advisory
- Solid grasp of modern tech stacks, cloud, and architecture patterns
- Experience working with distributed teams and clear technical communication
