We are looking for an experienced Electrical Commissioning Site Manager to lead electrical commissioning activities from pre-commissioning through start-up and final handover. ## Explore your tasks and responsibilities

- Lead and manage all electrical pre-commissioning, commissioning, energization, and start-up activities for MV/LV electrical systems.
- Review and approve commissioning plans, procedures, method statements, and testing documentation.
- Coordinate system testing, loop checks, functional verification, interlock testing, and system integration activities.
- Manage and supervise commissioning engineers, field supervisors, subcontractors, and equipment vendors on site.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, IEC/VDE/DIN standards, and all applicable safety requirements.
- Drive commissioning progress, punch list closure, and successful system handover to the client.
- Prepare and present commissioning reports, schedules, and status updates to project leadership.

## Show your expertise

- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
- Several years of experience in electrical commissioning of large-scale industrial, infrastructure, or high-tech projects.
- Proven leadership experience managing commissioning teams and subcontractors in a site-based environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of MV/LV systems, power distribution, transformers, switchgear, protection systems, and control interfaces.
- Sound understanding of commissioning processes, testing methodologies, and system handover procedures.
- Familiarity with European electrical standards, including IEC, VDE, and DIN regulations.
- Fluent German language skills and good English communication skills; willingness to work on-site and travel as required.
