• Identify and mitigate compliance risks related to medical and commercial activities.
• Support inspection and PMCPA readiness by maintaining robust certification standards.

Medical Project Management & Collaborative Working
• Partner with cross-functional teams to shape and deliver short- and long-term strategic priorities.
• Provide medical oversight for collaborative working, cross-sector partnerships, patient support programmes and other agreed initiatives.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with external experts and organisations, including healthcare professionals, policy makers, payers and patient advocacy groups.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams (e.g. Medical Affairs, Commercial, Market Access, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory and external partners).
• Ensure projects are delivered to agreed quality, budget and timelines, with clear documentation of objectives, outcomes and governance.
• Design and implement projects in line with Final Signatory collaborative working principles and NHS partnership guidance.
• Monitor project delivery, outcomes and reporting requirements, and identify opportunities for service improvement and pathway transformation.
• Lead medical projects autonomously from initiation through implementation and evaluation, including project plans, timelines, budgets and governance structures, and track delivery against agreed milestones.

Scientific and Strategic Support
• Provide project management support for national expert meetings, advisory boards, educational initiatives and scientific engagement programmes.
• Support implementation of UK medical strategy across relevant treatment and prevention areas.
• Work closely with internal colleagues and external stakeholders to identify emerging needs and opportunities.
• Translate strategic priorities into executable project plans with measurable outcomes.
