You will work closely with colleagues across Sales, Partner Operations, and other teams, while gaining hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, Excel, Microsoft 365, and Copilot.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

Basic Qualifications:

- Practical experience working with data, business processes, customer or partner support, operations, or a similar area.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including filtering data and using basic formulas or lookup functions.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate an issue and look for solutions.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests and adapt when priorities change.
- Good communication skills and comfortable working in English in an international environment.
- A proactive approach to learning and willingness to ask questions, explore solutions, and develop new skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous exposure to Sales Operations, Partner Operations, Channel Operations, Customer Support, or another operational business function.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM platform.
