Your mission
Onboard new customers: guide new UK customers through setup and training until they're getting real value from foodforecast. Build relationships: be the main UK contact for customers and partners, and earn their trust over time. Convert and grow: turn trials into paying customers and spot chances to expand existing accounts. Build the pipeline: use a targeted data set to start conversations through email, phone and networking, then work with our UK lead to close deals. Represent us at events: attend UK industry events with our UK lead and help make foodforecast a known name in the market. Share what you learn: pass customer and market feedback back to the team in Cologne so our product and approach improve.
Your profile
You have experience in customer success, account management or B2B sales, ideally with a SaaS product. A background in hospitality, food service or food retail is a strong plus. You know how these businesses run and speak their language. You enjoy both sides of the job: looking after customers and actively finding new ones, including on the phone. You communicate clearly and confidently and build relationships easily. You speak English at C2 level. You're organised and self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely as part of an international team. You're based in the UK, have the right to work there, and are happy to travel to industry events and to Cologne for training.
