About the Role

As a Technical Presales Consultant, you will be the technical expert for Oracle solutions , supporting both internal sales teams and external partners.

You will help understand customer requirements, recommend suitable solutions, prepare technical configurations and bills of materials, and provide technical guidance throughout the presales process. You will also continue developing your Oracle expertise through relevant training and certifications.

What You'll Do

- Support the design and configuration of Oracle solutions based on customer and partner requirements.
- Work closely with sales teams and partners on technical aspects of opportunities and projects.
- Use internal and vendor tools to prepare accurate configurations and bills of materials (BOMs)
- Provide clear technical information, presentations, and guidance to internal teams, partners, and customers.
- Respond to technical and product-related questions and support partners throughout the presales process.
- Maintain and develop your Oracle technical knowledge, including relevant vendor certifications and accreditations .

What We're Looking For

- Technical experience with Oracle technologies and solutions , ideally supported by relevant certifications.
- Previous experience in a presales, technical consulting, solution design, or similar customer-facing technical role .
- Ability to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into appropriate solutions.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to work with customers, partners, and sales teams.
- Good commercial awareness combined with strong attention to detail, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Knowledge of the IT industry and distribution/channel environment is an advantage.
