Duties
- Monitor Main Entrance & Lobby
- Complete Hourly Patrols of Facility & Parking Areas on Foot
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, providing first aid and CPR as necessary.
- Operate Security Software and Apps to complete activity and incident reports.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Monitor property to prevent property damage.
- Manage conflicts effectively while maintaining professionalism in high-pressure situations.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on security practices and emergency response protocols.
Skills
- Proven experience in security roles or related fields such as law enforcement or military service.
- Strong knowledge of first aid and CPR techniques; certification preferred.
- Proficiency in operating surveillance systems, including CCTV technology.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and best practices in security management.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail for identifying potential threats.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse groups of people.
