About this role

This is your opportunity to sit at the center of one of the world's most dynamic cross-border payments businesses — where your analysis, your judgment, and your ability to connect the dots will directly shape how senior leaders make decisions. You'll work across every function that matters — Product, Sales, Finance, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance — giving you a panoramic view of how a global franchise operates. We're looking for someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity and who takes pride in making the people around them sharper and faster. If you want a role where your work is visible, your impact is measurable, and your growth is accelerated, this is it. Join us and help set the pace for what business management looks like at scale.

As a Vice President, Business Manager in Global Clearing within the Payments organization, you will partner with senior product leadership to execute strategy, manage business performance, and maintain operating discipline across our cross-border payments franchise. You will serve as a trusted advisor to product leads — bringing rigorous analytics, governance, and proactive risk management — while coordinating business management activities across a broad global stakeholder set. In this role, you will track revenue, volumes, pipeline, and expenses to surface actionable insights, lead budgeting and forecasting, produce materials for senior leadership, and own risk, controls, and Business Resiliency planning end to end. We value intellectual curiosity, precision, and the ability to translate complexity into clear narratives that move decisions forward.

Job Responsibilities

- Partner with Global Clearing leadership to set priorities, execute key initiatives, and deliver measurable outcomes across transformation and growth agendas
- Track and analyze revenue, transactional volumes, client and deal pipeline, and expense trends to surface insights and performance themes for leadership and finance partners
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year outlook development, identifying productivity opportunities and translating insights into execution plans
- Produce concise, leadership-ready materials for business reviews, operating committees, town halls, and strategic sessions — translating complex topics into clear narratives and visuals
- Align cross-functional partners across Product, Sales, Finance, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to clarify objectives, resolve dependencies, and advance next steps
- Own business review planning, agendas, and meeting content, ensuring follow-through on decisions, actions, and deliverables across stakeholders
- Identify and escalate key business risks, coordinate mitigation plans and issue resolution, and own Business Resiliency planning from start to finish
- Maintain core business management content and team resources and continuously simplify processes to improve transparency and execution speed

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including executive-level storytelling and presentation development
- Organizational and project management skills with demonstrated ability to coordinate agendas and deliverables across senior stakeholders
- Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, concise narratives for varied audiences
- Ability to operate independently, exercise judgment, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

- Experience in Payments, Treasury Services, clearing and settlement, or related transaction banking products

- Experience producing materials and presenting to executive-level audiences including operating committees and business review forums
- Exposure to risk and controls frameworks, business resiliency planning, or regulatory coordination
- Experience with data visualization or business intelligence tools beyond Excel
- Background in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, or forecasting within a financial services environment
