Ficosota is now looking for an experienced and motivated Key Account Manager to join our Sales Team in Sofia, Bulgaria.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong partnerships with key customers and driving sustainable business growth for Ficosota’s brands.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key customers
- Manage the business development of National Accounts in line with Ficosota’s strategy and values
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Ficosota’s brands
- Develop and execute customer-specific sales and marketing plans
- Monitor and analyze promotional activities, sales performance and return on investment
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective execution of customer plans and business objectives
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar Key Account / Sales position
- FMCG experience is mandatory
- Experience in the non-food category will be considered a strong advantage
- University degree; Economics, Business or Finance will be considered an advantage
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical and result-oriented mindset
- Strategic thinking and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Good MS Office skills
- Valid driving license
