P/T - Exit Booth Agent

Job Description

The last impression is just as important as the first.

At Fox Rent A Car, our Exit Booth Agents are the final touchpoint of every rental experience. You make sure every customer rolls out feeling good — paperwork tight, questions answered, and a send-off that leaves them wanting to come back.

Your Primary Focus Is To

- Pay close attention to detail by verifying the completion and correctness of customer rental agreements before finalizing checkouts
- Greet customers with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a friendly attitude as they exit the facility
- Efficiently scan and manage all necessary documents, ensuring everything is neatly maintained for a smooth process
- Ensure all forms are correctly executed by obtaining the customer's signature on the checkout slip
- Keep the exit booth clean and organized, both inside and out, reflecting the company's commitment to excellence
- Send customers off with a safe journey and offer helpful information, such as directions or local landmarks
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and objectives

Education & Experience

- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
