Automotive Lot & Inventory Technician – Part-Time

Schedule: 2–3 Days Per Week | 4–8 Hours Per Day
Additional hours and overtime may be available as needed. Work until assigned tasks are completed.
Route: Ventura, Santa Barbara, Oxnard, Thousand Oaks & Surrounding Areas
Pay: $25.00++ per hour

Pro-MotionPix is hiring a reliable, hands-on Automotive Lot & Inventory Technician to support dealership operations throughout the Ventura and surrounding areas.
This is an active, part-time position that combines vehicle handling, dealership inventory support, and digital vehicle imaging. You'll visit assigned dealerships, locate and position vehicles, and use a company-provided iPhone and mobile app to capture photos, 360° spins, and videos for online vehicle listings.
We're looking for people who enjoy staying busy, working outdoors, and taking ownership of their daily responsibilities. Experience in automotive, warehouse, delivery, construction, landscaping, or other hands-on positions can translate well to this role.
No professional photography experience is needed! We provide paid training, equipment, and step-by-step instruction. Success comes from being dependable, organized, efficient, and comfortable working independently.
What You'll Be Responsible For
• Travel between assigned dealerships using your own reliable vehicle.
• Locate vehicles and keys throughout dealership lots to complete daily assignments.
• Move and position vehicles in designated areas for inventory imaging.
• Capture vehicle photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone and mobile app.
• Verify vehicle information and help ensure inventory is properly documented.
• Coordinate with dealership employees when vehicles are missing, unavailable, or not ready.
• Keep assigned dealership work organized and complete daily tasks efficiently.
• Maintain professional relationships with dealership staff while representing Pro-MotionPix.

• Works well independently without needing constant supervision.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with dealership personnel.

• Can adapt and solve problems when daily assignments don't go as planned.
• Is comfortable using smartphones and learning new mobile applications.

Qualifications
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required.
• Minimum one year of consistent work history preferred.
• Previous automotive, warehouse, delivery, construction, landscaping, or similar hands-on experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors throughout the day.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable learning and using mobile technology.
• Manual transmission experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
