About this role
We are looking for a talented Mechanical Maintenance - Level III to join our 2 nd shift team specializing in Manufacturing for our CDBS (Cummins Drivetrain and Braking Systems) Facility in Plainfield, IN.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Equipment Reliability : Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain equipment to maximize uptime and production performance.
- Safety Leadership : Follow HSE standards, identify hazards, and promote a safe work environment for all employees.
- Preventive Maintenance : Perform and document preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
- Quality Excellence : Conduct inspections, follow quality procedures, and ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Problem Solving : Diagnose equipment failures, support root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify manufacturing constraints and drive process and equipment improvements.
- Team Development : Coach and support less experienced team members while sharing technical knowledge.
- Operational Support : Coordinate maintenance around production schedules and maintain a clean, organized work area.
