We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Shop Operations Team Manager-Senior to join our team specializing in Henderson, CO
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead the daily activities of multiple production teams to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent operations.
- Drive achievement of production targets while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, housekeeping, and productivity.
- Provide clear direction to team members by setting expectations, clarifying responsibilities, and supporting successful execution of daily priorities.
- Coach, mentor, and provide ongoing feedback to team members to strengthen performance, accountability, and professional development.
- Identify individual and team training needs and develop effective training plans to build skills and operational capability.
- Partner cross-functionally to identify and implement improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Address day-to-day production challenges, helping remove barriers and maintain workflow to support business and customer requirements.
- Foster a positive, engaged, and continuous-improvement culture that encourages teamwork, ownership, and achievement of operational goals.
Additional Information:
- Coaching and developing of their team members. Continuous interactions with other functional areas to help to achieve HSE, Quality, Cost and Delivery goals. Interactions with external stakeholders.
- At least 3 years of manufacturing operations leadership experience.
- Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong people leadership skills with an emphasis on coaching and development.
- Must be comfortable spending significant time on the shop floor.
- Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred over non-manufacturing environments
