About this role
Provides director-level leadership in planning, gathering, analyzing and synthesizing enterprise-wide information to support leadership decision-making. Delivers clear, actionable financial and operational insights to assess performance and meet evolving reporting requirements. Oversees the enterprise capital governance process, including the evaluation of major capital investments, monitoring of capital spending against approved authorizations, post-completion project reviews and support of long-term financial planning.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, engineering or related field. (Typically, eight years of related, progressive work experience may be substituted for candidates who do not possess a bachelor’s degree.)
Eight years of related, progressive experience in financial analysis, capital investment evaluation, business planning, performance reporting or related disciplines.
Strong understanding of corporate finance, regulatory accounting, capital investment evaluation and business planning, with the ability to analyze complex financial and operational information, challenge assumptions and develop sound recommendations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial, operational and technical information into clear, concise executive-level reports and presentations.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional processes, manage multiple priorities and work effectively with business leaders and subject matter experts across the organization.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using financial reporting, planning and/or enterprise reporting systems.
