Where You Start
As a new agent, you'll learn our system and work with people who already asked about life insurance coverage, over phone and Zoom. You'll get full training and a mentor from day one.
Where You Can Go
Agents who produce consistently can move into team-building and leadership roles, training and mentoring new agents themselves.
Compensation
1099, commission-only, uncapped. Average $800–$1,200 per policy. Full-time agents typically earn $75,000 to $300,000+ in year one. Paid daily/weekly, with performance bonuses.
Requirements
- Must live in the U.S. (Mansfield, OH area a plus, but this role is fully remote)
- U.S. citizen or legal resident
- Able to pass a background check
- Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to get one (we walk you through it)
- Available full time, about 40 hours a week
