Help families plan ahead so they're not left with bills during the hardest time of their lives.
The Work
You'll speak with people who requested information about life and final expense coverage, by phone and Zoom. You'll explain options clearly and help them choose a plan from 60+ carriers. No cold calling.
Training
We teach the products, the conversation, and the application process from scratch, with a mentor through your first live calls.
Pay
- 1099, 100% commission, no cap
- Average of $800–$1,200 per policy
- Full-time agents: $75,000 to $300,000+ in year one
- Paid daily/weekly, plus performance bonuses
Requirements
- Must live in the U.S. (Oakland, CA area a plus, but this role is fully remote)
- U.S. citizen or legal resident
- Able to pass a background check
- Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to get one (we walk you through it)
- Available full time, about 40 hours a week
