Licensing Support
We'll show you exactly what your state requires, point you to study materials, and support you through the exam, alongside your sales training so you're not sitting idle.
Once You're Licensed
You'll talk with people who asked about life insurance coverage, by phone and Zoom, and help them choose from 60+ carriers. Cold calling isn't part of the job.
Pay
- 1099, 100% commission, no cap
- Average of $800–$1,200 per policy
- Full-time agents: $75,000 to $300,000+ in year one
- Paid daily/weekly, plus performance bonuses
Requirements
- Must live in the U.S. (West Palm Beach, FL area a plus, but this role is fully remote)
- U.S. citizen or legal resident
- Able to pass a background check
- Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to get one (we walk you through it)
- Available full time, about 40 hours a week
