About this role
No driving to appointments and no knocking on doors. Every meeting happens by phone or Zoom from your home office.
The Role
You'll help people who requested information about life insurance choose a plan, by phone and Zoom, using 60+ carriers. No cold calling.
Training
Full onboarding from the basics, plus a mentor for your first live calls.
Compensation
- 1099, 100% commission, no cap
- Average of $800–$1,200 per policy
- Full-time agents: $75,000 to $300,000+ in year one
- Paid daily/weekly, plus performance bonuses
Requirements
- Must live in the U.S. (Cary, NC area a plus, but this role is fully remote)
- U.S. citizen or legal resident
- Able to pass a background check
- Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to get one (we walk you through it)
- Available full time, about 40 hours a week
