The System
Our agents follow a proven conversation framework, daily activity targets, and a clear follow-up process. New agents learn it step by step in training, then put it to work with a mentor.
The Clients
People who requested information about life insurance, reached by phone and Zoom. No cold calling. You'll have 60+ carriers to match them with.
Pay
- 1099, 100% commission, no cap
- Average of $800–$1,200 per policy
- Full-time agents: $75,000 to $300,000+ in year one
- Paid daily/weekly, plus performance bonuses
Requirements
- Must live in the U.S. (Rochester, MN area a plus, but this role is fully remote)
- U.S. citizen or legal resident
- Able to pass a background check
- Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to get one (we walk you through it)
- Available full time, about 40 hours a week
