How It Works
You commit to about 40 hours a week and set much of your schedule around your appointments with people who requested life insurance information. Mornings, evenings, or both. What matters is consistency.
The Work
Phone and Zoom conversations, coverage from 60+ carriers, and no cold calling.
Compensation
- 1099, 100% commission, no cap
- Average of $800–$1,200 per policy
- Full-time agents: $75,000 to $300,000+ in year one
- Paid daily/weekly, plus performance bonuses
Requirements
- Must live in the U.S. (Anaheim, CA area a plus, but this role is fully remote)
- U.S. citizen or legal resident
- Able to pass a background check
- Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to get one (we walk you through it)
- Available full time, about 40 hours a week
