The Role
You'll help families get protected with life insurance, working remotely by phone and Zoom with people who requested information. You'll use 60+ carriers to find the right fit.
Structure and Support
A clear training path, daily activity goals, and a mentor to help you through your first live calls.
Pay
- 1099, 100% commission, no cap
- Average of $800–$1,200 per policy
- Full-time agents: $75,000 to $300,000+ in year one
- Paid daily/weekly, plus performance bonuses
Requirements
- Must live in the U.S. (Kent, WA area a plus, but this role is fully remote)
- U.S. citizen or legal resident
- Able to pass a background check
- Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to get one (we walk you through it)
- Available full time, about 40 hours a week
