We don't do hard selling. You'll consult with people who asked about life insurance, understand what they actually need, and recommend coverage from 60+ carriers that fits.

No insurance background needed. Training covers everything from product basics to closing the application, and you'll have a mentor for your first live calls.
Earnings
1099 commission-only, no cap. Average $800–$1,200 per policy. Full-time consultants typically earn $100,000 to $300,000+ in year one, paid daily/weekly with bonuses.
Requirements
- Must live in the U.S. (League City, TX area a plus, but this role is fully remote)
- U.S. citizen or legal resident
- Able to pass a background check
- Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to get one (we walk you through it)
- Available full time, about 40 hours a week
