PrideStaff – Greenville is seeking dependable, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Assemblers for an immediate opportunity with a premier manufacturing customer in the Piedmont / Powdersville, SC area.

In this hands-on assembly role, you will work within a dynamic production setting performing manual product assembly, detailed quality inspection, and finished goods packaging. Assembler Primary Responsibilities include:
Your main responsibility is the accurate manual assembly, quality verification, and safe packaging of products according to specifications and safety guidelines. Manual Product Assembly: Perform manual assembly of products and sub-assemblies according to written work instructions, schematics, and production specifications. Visual & Quality Inspection: Inspect components and finished goods for quality, completeness, and accuracy to ensure all items meet strict standards. Packaging & Labeling: Properly package, bundle, and apply labels to finished products in preparation for staging and shipment. Work Area Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work bench to promote a safe and efficient working environment. Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all company safety guidelines, operating policies, and standard procedures at all times. Production Support: Assist with cross-functional shop-floor tasks as needed to support team production goals.

Assembler Requirements include: Detail & Dexterity: Strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and the ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with precision. Work Ethic & Reliability: Dependable, punctual, willing to learn, and able to comprehend and follow detailed verbal and written instructions. Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods throughout an 8-hour shift and comfortably lift up to 25 lbs. Age & Education: Must be at least 18 years old; High School Diploma, GED, current college student, or recent graduate welcome. Schedule Availability: Full commitment to a steady 1st Shift schedule (Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm).
