- Meet homeowners for scheduled consultations

Requirements
Requirements
- Available to work Monday through Friday, 12:30–7:00 p.m., and alternating Saturdays, 9:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
- Reliable transportation to the Houston office and assigned appointments or field locations
- Comfortable initiating face-to-face conversations with homeowners and working outdoors during field marketing training
- Strong communication and listening skills with a professional, personable approach
- Willingness to learn our sales process, participate in role-play, and apply coaching and feedback
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow through on appointments and daily responsibilities
- Motivated to meet performance goals and handle rejection with persistence and professionalism
No previous sales or roofing experience required. We provide 12 weeks of paid training.
