Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide medication reminders and help with simple medical tasks as directed.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the supervising nurse or manager.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass background checks and any required health screenings.
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed.
