About this role

Description

We are looking for a Program Manager to own the performance of existing Easy Ship sellers and drive adoption of the features that unlock higher conversion and faster delivery — including Prime and the broader Easy Ship feature set. This role sits at the intersection of program management, seller performance, and go-to-market: you will own how sellers in the channel adopt conversion-driving features, measure the impact, and partner closely with Sales to scale that adoption.

The mandate is twofold: (1) maximize the performance of the sellers already in the channel, and (2) grow their adoption of features that enable higher conversion and faster delivery (Prime badge, same-day and express delivery options, and other Easy Ship capabilities).

Key job responsibilities
Seller performance. Own the performance of existing Easy Ship sellers — monitor conversion, delivery speed, and feature adoption, and define the actions that move those metrics.
Feature adoption. Drive adoption of the features that increase conversion and delivery speed (Prime, express/same-day delivery, and other Easy Ship capabilities), identifying which sellers are eligible and removing the friction that blocks them from enrolling.
Metrics management. Define, track, and report the KPIs that measure feature adoption and its impact on seller conversion and delivery performance; build the mechanisms that make performance visible and actionable.
Enablement & training. Design and deliver training and enablement content that helps sellers understand and activate the features available to them.
Sales engagement. Partner with the Sales team to align on seller targets, equip account managers with the materials and talking points to pitch features, and coordinate the outreach that drives adoption at scale.
Cross-functional collaboration. Work with product, operations, and marketing to close gaps in the feature funnel and continuously improve the seller experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze large sets of data
