The Senior Analyst – Procurement Comms & Engagement plays a critical role in positioning Procurement as a trusted strategic partner and reshaping Procurement's brand image through outreach across the organization. Sitting within the Centre of Excellence (CoE), this role bridges the gap between complex procurement processes and clear, user-friendly stakeholder engagement.

You will own internal branding, digital adoption communications, and key internal and external Procurement messaging. The ideal candidate blends strategic storytelling with practical change management skills—translating dense policy and performance data into compelling content that drives policy compliance, software adoption, and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities1. Internal Brand & Advocacy (The "Marketing" Wing)

- The "Value Story": Translate complex financial data, savings metrics, and strategic sourcing wins into executive-ready narratives that demonstrate Procurement’s ROI to the CFO, CEO, and broader leadership.
- Stakeholder Communications: Plan, design, and distribute engaging reports and presentations on a regular cadence, including newsletters, informative videos and updates highlighting progress on the Procurement Pipeline, Operational Metrics, and ESG/Sustainability milestones.
- Events & Alignment: Lead the content development, agenda structure, and logistics for Procurement Town Halls, All-Hands meetings, and cross-functional briefing sessions.

2. Digital Adoption & UX (The "Instructional" Wing)

- Guided Buying Content: Design clear, intuitive in-app help guides, FAQs, and micro-learning modules for S2P software (e.g., ServiceNow, Fairmarket, Coupa or SAP Ariba) to streamline the buying process for business users.
- Policy Simplification: With the support of the Process and Digital leads, convert lengthy, complex global procurement policies and SOPs into visually engaging 1-page "How-to-Buy" guides, flowcharts, and infographics.
- Change Management: Draft targeted communication plans for new tool rollouts, process updates, and policy shifts to mitigate operational friction and reduce maverick spend.

3. Supplier Communications (The "External" Wing)

- Supplier Events: Partner with the Supplier Risk and ESG teams to coordinate messaging and content for Supplier Summits and key vendor alignment forums.
- Compliance Messaging: Maintain and communicate the Supplier Code of Conduct, ensuring vendor alignment with company ESG, diversity, and ethical sourcing expectations.
- Onboarding Assets: Standardize external-facing onboarding toolkits, welcome guides, and invoicing guidelines to ensure seamless vendor integration.
