HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

As an In-Home Non-Medical Caregiver, you'll help seniors maintain their independence, comfort, and quality of life .

Your responsibilities may include:

- Assisting with personal care, bathing, grooming, and toileting.

- Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction.

- Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping.

- Supporting safe mobility, walking, and daily activities.

- Providing medication reminders.

- Encouraging clients to maintain their routines and independence.

- Observing and communicating changes in clients' needs to the CareWorks team.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- At least 6 months of caregiving experience (Non-professional experience are welcome!)

- Ability to complete required background screening, including Live Scan and Home Care Aide (HCA) registration .

- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- A compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
