The Chief Engineer is responsible for overseeing the entire engineering and maintenance operations within the organization. This role involves managing the engineering team, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, maintaining equipment and facilities, and implementing efficient operational practices.  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).

 At least 5-7 years of experience in engineering management.

 Strong leadership and team management skills.

 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

 Proficiency in engineering software and tools.

 Strong understanding of technical systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.

 Ability to manage budgets and control costs.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
