It is an accelerated development Program that equips graduates with the necessary knowledge, skills, and attributes to move quickly into senior positions. A 36 Month program designed to develop Beyti Future Leaders capabilities to land in Marketing division.

## Experience
- Newly Graduates: ONLY Graduates of 2025, 2024 & 2023
- Grade: Minimum grade of "Very good “or Equivalent GPA.
- Previous internship experience is a MUST.
- Flexibility in terms of location.
