We are looking for a polished, personable Tour Guide to welcome prospective families, show them our center, and help them learn about our programs.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and lead guided tours of the center
- Explain our programs, schedules, and learning approach clearly and confidently
- Answer questions from parents and students
- Record visitor details and follow up with interested families
- Keep tour areas clean, organized, and presentable
- Work with staff to support enrollment goals
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, friendly, and confident speaking style
- Experience in customer service, sales, education, or hospitality preferred
- Basic computer skills (calendar, email, simple data entry)
- Able to pass a background check
