You will run daily operations of a 40-bed Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit, co-managing a team of 56, using clinical, HR and financial data to guide decisions and develop staff.
Requirements
- BSN or equivalent; MSN preferred
- North Carolina or eligible compact RN license
- 5+ years of recent nursing, including charge or manager experience
- Post-cardiothoracic background
- Specialty certification within 1 year; BLS
